PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST


TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.      ELIGIBILITY
1.1. Contest is open to TM Staff, MMC and MMU students.
1.2.   However for TM staff, they must be a member of Persatuan Eksekutif Telekom (PET) to be eligible to participate in this contest.
1.3.   For PET membership inquiry, kindly contact Cik Sofia Fauzun via email at nazarif.fauzun@tm.com.my.

2.      SCREENING PROCESS ENTRY
2.1. All entries must be sent via email to apprymfmmc.mmu.edu.my before 3rd October 2011.
2.2. No entry fee is required for first screening participations of this contest.
2.3.Submission format:
2.3.1.      The entrant will be required to submit maximum of five (5) digital images in JPEG format.
2.3.2.      Both colour and black and white including duotones, toned, and all kind of alternative processes will be accepted to be screened.
2.3.3.      All kind of processes, including digital manipulation will be accepted.
2.4.   Submission of an entry constitutes entrant's consent and agreement that the photo is the entrant's original work and that the entrant is the sole copyright owner.
2.5.   All photos submitted shall become properties of the Organizer and by joining the contest, entrants grant the Organizer permission or license to use the photos, along with the names of the photographers, for various publications and marketing collaterals of the 1YMF and for other purposes deemed reasonable and fit by the Organizer.

3.      ACCEPTED SUBMISSIONS
3.1.Only 15 entrants will be accepted to enter the contest which will be held at Menara TM, helipad on 22rd and 23th October 2011.
3.2.The accepted entrants are required to pay an entry fee of RM50 before 21st October 2011. Late payment of entry fee will disqualify the entrants from entering the competition.
3.3.Further details and confirmation of contest entry will be notified via email and personal phone call by 13th October 2011.
3.4.The decision of judges is final and no correspondence will be entertained and or entered into.
